Why Rise Kids?

We believe every child deserves to know that they are loved by God — and we take that seriously. Rise Kids exists to create an environment where children can encounter Jesus in age-appropriate, engaging, and meaningful ways.

Our trained, background-checked volunteers love your children as if they were their own. From the moment you check in, to the moment you pick them up, your child's safety and growth are our highest priority.

Rise Kids runs every Sunday at 10:00 AM simultaneously with the adult service — so you never have to choose between your own worship experience and your child's.

Every Age Has a Place

Each program is designed specifically for where your child is developmentally — spiritually, socially, and emotionally.

Nursery

Ages 0–2

A warm, nurturing space for our youngest little ones. Trained caregivers provide a safe and loving environment so parents can worship without worry.

Preschool

Ages 3–5

Big questions, big hearts. Preschoolers learn foundational Bible truths through songs, crafts, storytelling, and play in an energetic and loving classroom.

Kindergarten–5th

Kids dive deeper into Scripture, grow in their faith, and build lasting friendships in an interactive and high-energy environment they'll look forward to every week.

First Time?

Here's What Happens

We want your first Sunday to feel easy and confident — here's exactly how it works.

Arrive Early

Give yourself an extra 10–15 minutes your first week so we can get you and your child checked in without any rush.

Check In

Head to the Rise Kids check-in kiosk. We'll print a name tag for your child and a security tag for you — they only leave with you.

Drop Off

Walk your child to their classroom. Meet their teacher and see the space. We'll take it from there!

Worship Freely

Head into the service and enjoy! If we ever need you, we'll send a discreet notification to your security tag.

Your Child's Safety Is Our Priority

We hold ourselves to the highest safety standards because these are the children God has entrusted to us and to you. Every Rise Kids volunteer goes through:

  • Full background check before serving
  • Safe Church training certification
  • Two-adult rule in every classroom at all times
  • Secure check-in and check-out process
  • Allergen and medical information collected at registration

Common Questions

Does my child need to be pre-registered?

First-timers can walk in — we'll register your child at the check-in kiosk. For returning families, online pre-registration is available and speeds up Sunday mornings.

What if my child has allergies or special needs?

Please let us know when you check in. We collect health and allergy information and make sure volunteers are prepared to care for your child well.

Can I stay with my child their first time?

Absolutely. You're always welcome to stay and see how it works, especially with younger children. Most kids settle in quickly once parents say goodbye!

What curriculum do you use?

We use a Gospel-centered, age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with the church's teaching focus throughout the year.

What if my child needs me during the service?

We use a secure pager/notification system. If we need to reach you, we'll send a discreet message so you can step out without disrupting others.
